Printer Problems/Tech Support

The HP 700 series printers are having problems printing from DOS. Please try the steps listed below. If these Steps do not work then double click the PMS ~W icon on your screen, this will initialize your printer. This was the only fix that the people at HP could come up with.

1. Double Click on MY COMPUTER

2. Double Click PRINTERS

3. Right Click on your HP or other printer

4. Click the DOS Tab

5. Click Character Set and Choose ISO6:ASCII (select This).
